My approach is holistic, compassionate, and rooted in faith.True transformation, in my opinion, starts on the inside when we face our emotional scars, change our perspective, and rediscover our purpose. I assist you in moving from survival mode to intentional life by using techniques like inner healing, cognitive coaching, and emotional intelligence. Every trip is different, and I carefully and clearly meet you where you are.

I have therefore made it my goal to make room for others—to be a sympathetic voice, a spiritually grounded mentor, and a reminder that recovery is achievable.
